I am married and have 3 beautiful kids...I work full time and in invest in RE on the side. Experience: I am actively looking to pickup more properties with good cash on cash return. I currently have 5 sfr's and two 4 plexs and two duplexes (17 units). I have properties in Tx, Ca and Wa. I am looking for deals in the Sacramento, Spokane and Ft Worth markets. Real Estate Goals: Acquire as many cash flowing units as I can by year 2026. Reach 200k gross rents annually (at 160k currently) .Stretch goal is 400k in gross rents/yr
