With over 10 years in the industry as a senior investment analyst, I have underwritten over $500M in investment properties. Ranging from SFH, MF, Office, Retail, Hospitality and Industrial. I hold a BS in Applied Mathematics with post graduate studies focusing on quantitative real estate finance and investments. Currently I am the senior asset manager and managing partner with Archstone Private Capital.
