Chase Parrish

I am actively serving as an officer in the US Marine Corps. My team and I at Ragged Old Capital are focused on connecting passive investors to cash flowing multifamily assets. We focus on buying apartment buildings in the South East, primarily in our home state of Georgia. My father and I own 19 single family properties in southern Georgia. We also have invested as an LP in Hospitality Syndications in Nashville and Charleston. Our core competency is raising capital, so we are specifically looking for experienced, trustworthy operators that we can add value to their next syndication via capital raising, investor relations and underwriting.
