Hi BP peeps! I work in the entertainment industry and have goals to become financially independent by owning rental properties. I'm also a licensed Real Estate agent in Maryland. I am currently looking to increase my rental portfolio and do flips. Experience: Rehabbing, rentals, beginner flipper. Currently Seeking: Row homes in Baltimore City for under 100k to rehab and rent. Properties to flip in the Baltimore and surrounding areas.
