Chelsea Shapiro

Chelsea is a Seattle native. She earned a BA in English Lit from Wheaton College in Chicago in 2009. She got licensed in 2016 and started her real estate career in the Los Angeles market. In 2017 she moved home with a Washington broker license and joined Sound Realty Group in 2018. Previous experience in management, marketing and customer service have equipped her with excellent organizational and communication skills. Her background also includes planning and consultant work with AD Shapiro Architects making her a great resource on land use, the development process, renovations, and new construction. Chelsea oversees marketing efforts at SRG and is passionate about helping clients find creative investing solutions. She also serves on the Young Professional Executive board for the Washington Policy Center, and frequently speaks and writes about state policy impacts on the real estate industry. She is in the process of earning the CCIM designation and is an adjunct faculty professor at Northwest University where she teaches Real Estate Investing in the College of Business. When not doing real estate, you can find Chelsea working on family construction and renovation projects, doing yoga, or walking with her puppy and husband at home in Kirkland.
