I've been a Landlady for more than 25 years, I Flip Homes, Own an STR in Key West and on Anna Maria Island FL, Build New Construction and Manage Properties. Born and raised in the Capital Region. On a Personal Level...I bought my 1st Investment Property at the age of 21. I am a Mom of 3 children ages 27, 25 and 21 whom I adore. I have lifelong amazing friendships that I cherish. I love to travel; Key West & Hawaii are my favorite places. I've had many life/business experiences that have made me the very Well-Rounded Realtor overall.
