I am looking to purchase multifamily units (duplexes up to eight-plexes). I have a plethora of knowledge and skills applicable to the real estate industry as an Illinois Licensed Architect and a Illinois Licensed Home Inspector. Over the past 20 years, I have practiced as a forensic building envelope specialist gaining the knowledge on inspecting, identifying building envelope issues, designing repairs and preforming the construction management for masonry, stone cladding, roofing and window replacement projects up to 14 Mil. My knowledge of life safety and mechanical systems as a licensed home inspector has provided me with a well rounded knowledge for my career as a Real Estate Investor. I am interested in assisting other investors and leveraging my skills into growing my real estate portfolio.
