Chester Straley

I am a full-time Realtor®, Broker, investor, and property manager with over 19 years of experience in the real estate industry. Alongside my brother, I co-own and operate our family brokerage, where we specialize in residential sales, investment properties, property management, and asset growth strategies. Throughout my career, I have built and managed a substantial rental portfolio and currently oversee the management of approximately 360 rental units. My experience spans acquisitions, repositioning underperforming assets, long-term hold strategies, and large-scale property rehabilitation. I am also actively leading the redevelopment of a three-story historic commercial building in our downtown district, further expanding our investment footprint. In addition to brokerage and investment work, I am deeply involved in operational management, financial oversight, and strategic growth planning for both our firm and the properties under management. My approach emphasizes disciplined execution, transparent communication, and long-term value creation for clients and partners. Outside of business, I am a husband and father of three boys. I value discipline, resilience, and consistency — principles I carry from both family life and my commitment to fitness through running and soccer into my professional work.
