I am from Chicago. I have 17 years experience as an electrician and have worked on several rehab projects. I have recently obtained my Illinois Brokers License and am looking to get in on the investing side of real estate. Experience: Purchased a rental property in 2007 right before the bust, and lost it soon after. Now that I have educated myself, and gotten over the pain/disappointment of losing the property, ready to get back in the game, better educated, and more motivated Real Estate Goals: To do at least 3 wholesale deals this year, and at least 2 flips.
