Finally finished rehabbing our first out-of-state investment property in Canton, OH. This 3/1 SFH is rented out as of May 2024. Purchased June 2023. Whew! Lessons learned! Also, currently own a house hack in Claremont, CA, since February 2021. 3 bed/3 ba - fully rented. My brother is my business partner. He's very risk-averse and I like to shoot for the stars.
