China Kodani

Aloha, My name is China (yes like the country) and I've taken an interest in Real Estate Investing. Born and raised on the Island of Hawaii, I witnessed the housing market here spike serveral few years back only to have it plummet shortly after. The biggest reason being that new homeowners didn't do their research and the value of their homes became less than what they owed. From what I can remember, it was a mess and we're still cleaning it up. From this, I realized that financial eduation was extremely important if I was ever to purchase a home. Fast forward into the present and my boyfriend and I are striving towards making Real Estate Investing our career path. With him serving part time in the National Guard and me working as a barista in our small town making just enough money to get by, we want the joy of financial freedom. I have a two-year in Marketing and I'm currently working towards a four-year in Business Admistration. Hopefully through this site and other educational avenues, we'll have the tools needed to succeed in Real Estate Investing.
