Sept, 12th will be my one year anniversary of buy and hold. My plan was to buy one house at a time, for the next four years to diversify my stock portfolio and then take early retirement from working of 25 years. Boy! I didn't realize real estate investing can be so addictive. So much different than buy and hold stock portfolio ( hold stocks for dividend income for the pass 20 years +) Almost one year, now I own 3 rental, total 6 units and wanting to buy some more.
