Since I became licensed in 2001 I've done timeshare sales (not for me), raw land tract sales, and since 2006 a buyer rep for investors seeking cashflow. My investing experience includes brokering hard money, wholesalling, flips, and buy/hold out of and within an IRA, buying at auction. My current focus for the past few years has been off market land acquisitions for builder lots, recreational use, and large acreage for development. On the brokerage side, our team in Central Florida finds cash flowing properties (90% are new construction SFRs) for local and out of state investors.
