I'm from the Dallas area and have most recently lived in Houston. I have a BS in Mechanical Engineering and have started a career in project engineering (project management). This profession has taken me all over the world and I'm always looking to see new things. Experience: Currently, I own two rental properties and I'm looking to grow my rental base. In order to do this, I'm planning on flipping properties to raise the needed capital. Real Estate Goals: I'm looking for an income source while pursuing a PhD. Long term I'm looking to establish a solid base of residual income. Currently Seeking: I need to find investors in order to avoid hard money lenders if possible.
