Naval Officer and family man who would like to achieve financial freedom prior to leaving the military. I have being living in the Hampton Roads area for almost six years. In that time, I have been able to acquire 27 properties for a total of 100 units. I'm constantly looking for properties to add to my portfolio. I mainly invest in the Portsmouth and Norfolk areas. Experience: My experience in real estate has increase significantly over the past several years. In my time in Hampton Roads, I have acquired several properties to include SFR rentals, duplexes, and several multifamily properties for a total of 100 units. Since I started investing in 2015, I have managed to double to double my portfolio every year to include in 2018, while navigating my most difficult job since I've been in the Navy (which included significant underway time). In 2020, I started my career in apartment syndication with a total of 40 units over two syndication deals. Later in 2020, I co-founded Fair Winds Capital Investments with my partners Jonathan New, Vadim Rey, and Drew Ladner. Real Estate Goals: My real estate goal is to continue to grow Fair Winds Capital Investments into a multi-million dollar company by identifying and acquiring two to three apartment communities over the next five years. Currently Seeking: My next syndication deal in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast region of the United States.
