Chris Shipman

Graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from CU and quickly realized I am much happier outside as opposed to behind a computer running design calculations. I am currently working for a highway construction firm as a project manager. I have been listening to BP Podcasts for over a year now but have yet to take the plunge into investing. I bought a home in 2015 under the theory I have heard on BP, worst house in a decent area, and hope to turn that into a cash flowing/buy and hold property. I am married with an 8 year old daughter and another on the way.
