With 2 kids and a beautiful wife, I only have time to work, go to church and spend time with my family. Real estate investing is my answer to the question: "how can I spend more time with my family?" In 2018 I have taken more weeks of vacation then ever before. In 2019 I spent even more time with family travelling and enjoying new places and experiences. Experience: My company is growing. I am a registered Home Improvement Contractor, and full time investor. 2017 saw the addition of property management, more rentals, bigger rehabs and the addition of wholesaling. 2019 saw our business grow by leaps and bounds. More staff, a new office, more rentals, more flips, and now we are coaching investors. 2019 we added to our success, adding many properties, a new office, and more Betterflips.com our coaching program. 2020 we have expanded our construction company, coaching programs and added a dozen more units so far this year. A full-time assistant joined the team over a year ago and she is awesome. We are now over 60 units strong and are working to add 20 more by year end. Real Estate Goals: We are currently looking to expand our family of companies. I am looking to partner with a real estate broker to open a brokerage. Currently Seeking: Investment properties in New Jersey. Specifically in Somerset County, Hunterdon County, Warren County and Middlesex County, NJ. I am looking for SFH and MFH that have value add opportunities.
