I have a real estate license and a keen interest in investing. I am in the process of learning as much as I can about real estate investing so I can be as much of an asset to investors as possible. I am developing a "New to Investing" consultation packet to help educate and guide new investors along each step of the process. This consultation includes: defining personal investing goals, choosing their strategy, timelines, looking at available properties' data sheets and proformas, financing strategies and more. I want to establish myself as the real estate agent who helps people go from knowledge hungry newbie to successful investor.
