I started investing in RE at 25 years old. I have a full time job in IT and invest in RE on the side. I live and invest in the Northern VA area. Building a portfolio in the Charlotte, NC area consisting of 11 units. Looking to expand into the Richmond, VA, and Pittsburgh, PA markets.
