My name is Chris and I'm in the Coast Guard. I bought a condo in Miami in 2009 at the bottom of the market. It increased in value over the years and we were able to refinance it with cash back for our next deal. I decided to buy a single family home on Long Island where all my family is and I plan on going back after retiring in 10 years. We are hoping to buy our next one in a year.
