Hello BiggerPockets! My name is Chris Boselli and I am a real estate investor based in MA. My brother and I started our real estate investing company in 2019 just before he got out of the Marines, and after spending 6 months building our long-distance team we began buying SFH rental properties in Memphis, TN in the summer of 2019. Fast forward a few years - we now have a decent portfolio of 13 SFH/small multifamily rental units in Memphis and Indianapolis. As of October 2023 I will be leaving my W2 day job as an engineer in corporate America and jumping in to my business to pursue my passion full time! Since the 2nd half of 2022 with the real estate market changing rapidly around us, we have started to pursue creative finance deals across the country much more seriously. Our primary acquisition strategies for the foreseeable future will be subject-to and seller finance deals with some other more niche strategies mixed in. We do it all - acquisitions, wholesaling, JVs, some short-term private and transactional lending, short/mid/long term rentals, sober living, loan wrap dispositions, lease options, and more!
