I am part owner of Paradise Renovations LLC and active real estate investor with years of experience in various areas of the real estate field. For six years prior to and during the historic real estate collapse, I was the Director of John Weiland Homes and Neighborhoods, a large privately held developer in Atlanta, GA. I have a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and a Masters in Taxation, both from GA State University. I am considered a Tax Expert due to my tax degree but my love is in real estate.
