Became licensed in 2014 for the simple fact that learning how to buy and sell real estate seemed like useful tools to apply to my investing ventures. Being an agent currently pays my bills, but I have always had to goal of investing in real estate full time. I am not in a position where I can start to transition towards a full time investing business and couldn't be happier to have found Bigger Pockets when I have. This community will help hasten the learning curve!
