First learned about bigger pockets about three years ago and since then it has grown on me. I created an account about a year ago and watch the podcasts and read posts to gather insight and information on real estate. Real Estate Goals: I will be starting my real estate journey with a house hack and later move into large apartment complexes and mobile home parks. My goal is to have 10,000 units and be able to escape the slavery of being an employee and having a job. The end game would be to also help my family and friends become more financially literate and to help them become financially free to reach their goals in life. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking mentors with real world experience to share the do's and don't of the business. I would like to have people point me to the proper CPAs, Real Estate brokers, real state savvy attorneys, reliable contractors, and lenders who have experience with first time investors.
