Chris Egan

I am a full time agent and I also do some buy and hold investments on the side. I mainly focus on single family homes but also have experience in multi family properties. I have been an agent for 14 years and an investor for 9. I sell homes in the entire Omaha metro area and surrounding communities. My personal investing is kind of boring I like the simple single family rentals, I also have a couple duplexes. I also am running an airbnb out of one of the units and am having fun with that so far. Experience: I currently have 9 units that I self manage. I have sold a couple of rentals recently that I was less excited about owning. I also work with a number of investors most of them are buy and hold investors and a few flippers. Real Estate Goals: I would like to get to 12-15 units. Currently Seeking: I like to meet and network with as many other investors as I can. I have learned from being an agent that no two investors do it the same way so I am always excited to learn about different strategies and approaches to real estate investing. I would also like to meet up with some good wholesalers, of course I am always seeking a good deal.
