I do pretty good in my career, but am looking to have more flexibility. I believe real Estate could help me be more flexible. Experience: I fixed up and sold my 1st personal residence and just finished a live in flip in November 2018 in Washington state. Moved to AZ, and thirsty for another property. Real Estate Goals: My goals are to make passive income to supplement my day job. Currently Seeking: Buy and hold or fix and flip.
