I own Bright Path Property Management in Southern California, where I spend most of my time helping owners take the stress out of owning rentals. Some days I’m coordinating a roof repair, some days I’m placing a great tenant, and other days I’m trying to figure out how a water heater picked the worst possible time to quit. I joined BiggerPockets because I genuinely enjoy talking real estate with people who are building something.
