Chris Gray

Over the last ~20 years I have been involved with the planning, design, marketing, and sale of more than 50 new home developments for over 30 different builders and developers, totaling more than 3,200 units and with a market value of more than $1.6B. I have extensive project-level experience in mixed-use, high-rise condominium, townhome, single-family, adaptive re-use, and live-work product types in both suburban and infill locations predominantly focused across the various Southern California submarkets. I began my real estate career as a market analyst and then progressed to client/account management and sales management and now act as a managing broker and director of sales and marketing for each of my builder clients. I earned my undergrad degree in business with a focus on marketing (BS - Business Admin / Marketing) from the University of Arizona and my master's degree in real estate development (MRED) from USC.
