Chris Harn

My name's Chris, my background is in accounting and business where I have a bachelor's degree in Accounting as well as an MBA. I have nearly 5 years of public accounting experience which is where I was introduced to the real estate industry through several successful clients. In 2018 my wife and I purchased a new home and converted our first home to a single family rental. In 2019, after another rigorous tax season working 90 hour weeks doing all of the things I dislike about accounting, I decided that I needed a change. I loved our real estate clients but that wasn't the trend at my firm, so I found a job with better hours that would allow me more time to pursue my real estate passions. I have started my own accounting and tax service to continue doing the work that I love and my new job has allowed me to focus on growing our real estate portfolio.
