I am a contractor here in billings and around Montana. I always knew real estate was the way to go but never fully pursued it and as many others wishing i would of started a long time ago.But never to late to start right? So finally this last year i really started to pursue and take big steps.Already closed on a property and would like to get a couple more, by years end. Although construction business is pretty good i never really had a lump sum of money sitting around so after doing lots of research and podcasts ect..ect.. " i needed something to offer" So i started sourcing deals (which i still am) i figured if i could find deals that nobody else could find then i would have something above the rest. So if your in Montana, something could pop up in your area feel free to reach out and let me know what your looking for. And its always great connecting with other investors.
