Mom and pop real estate investor with a focus on house hacking: flipped our own house, BRRR house-hacked a high-end multifamily property, and currently BRRR-ing another house-hack multifamily. For my "real" job, I'm a data scientist in the tech industry. Previously, I spent 10 years in corporate finance at a Fortune 50 company. I also build elaborate financial models for fun and work on software development in my spare time. I've dabbled in day trading stock options and have considered moving to that full time once I have a solid income stream from investment properties in place.
