Chris Jurgens

My name is Chris Jurgens, I live in between Dayton and Cincinnati, I love knowledge and Real Estate! I have not quite settled in on a niche I want to pursue because I love it all, I can see the benefits in it all and I believe I can be good at it all! However my strong interest are in buy and hold and perhaps a few flips per year. I am knowledge hungry and always leaning! That is why I love this site so much! It brings people like us together and sometime that's hard to find! Most people are content where they are at but never me! The world is always changing and we better change with it! I also believe there is ALWAYS a better way, and I love trying to find it!
