Chris Kuropatwa

I'm a small business owner and entrepreneur ready to jump back into real estate. I got started in my early 20s buying my first house, remodeling while living in it for a couple of years, and then buying another and renting the first. I got a real estate license in 2006, ready to build a portfolio of rentals. Unfortunately, after only a few years, we had a significant medical event in my family that forced me to have to sell my property and manage health for the next several years. Grateful to have had real estate investments to help pay for medical care. I am excited to start to build again, starting with STRs and LTRs. I have been reading, listening to the BP Podcast, and learned everything I can. I have completed the RE license course again and plan to sit for the GA state exam within the month. I'm happy to be a part of the BP community and appreciate all that I have already learned here. Oh! And I love to travel, write fiction, and watch some college football.
