Chris Keil

Experience: My name is Chris K. I am primarily into Buy-N-Hold, rental management, mobile home parks, and soon to be storage unit investor, based out of the Tacoma, WA area, I love getting into the rebuild and renovation process from design to most installs. I believe efficiency in tasks, and putting the right sweat equity into each and every deal. "Real-ationships" are built off understanding each others strengths, and areas of opportunity. Communication is not about being heard, it's about being understood to the receiver. More into my background, I was in the carpenters union for several years before needing to move out of state for family emergencies, since then I have bought and sold several houses doing the renovations and work as I live in the house (BRRR), also living in them to avoid capital gains taxes (as Mindy would say). I have enjoyed working with my hands, but as I get older I need to focus on growing the real estate empire my grandfather started with his buy and holds, and making less impact on my body. I love making new friends in almost any real estate industry, but also love to spend hours, and days, doing my due diligence to the newest project on my desk. I believe together we can lift one another to a new level. I currently have an STR, and 2 single family residences in Washington State, that cashflow and have great people in them! Currently do small construction jobs on the side, and love to travel in my CamperVan (the @WakingWarriors). I am looking forward to moving into a more investor specific space as I get older, but will continue to do the work necessary to complete the project, job, task right the first time. I am so thankful for ones like Josh, Brandon, Mindy, Scott, of course David, and all their guests, for making BP a house hold name for us, and given us a platform to learn on without bounds. Im grateful to have such amazing humans to share this Earth and industry with, thank you for all your wisdom. Thanks again, in-case any of you guys read this! I love you... respectfully. RE Goals: To close, and manage a 100+ acre farm for friends and family, so that they will always have consistent healthy food, and be confident in the village we can grow together. Help people learn to be financially independent, grow investor funds through real estate ventures, and eventually my own Scholarship program 2050. Currently Seeking: - More Investor connections, real people that want real solutions. -People interested in a more conscious connection with a potential business partner (aka me), I build relationships for the relationship with integrity. -Any body who has questions about real estate or creative financing, I believe that there aren't enough communities like BP that openly share knowledge without boarders or judgement so will keep with that healthy trend and aim to start more of them.
