What's up world! I'm Chris, I am a working as a structural engineer in Boston. Looking to replace my income through long term investment properties with value add potential deals, ideally like to find more units under one roof. I am currently the proud owner of a duplex in Middletown, Connecticut and a Single Family home in Deland, Florida. I've found my real estate investing journey thusfar has been very fullfilling.
