I have 18+ years working on the corporate side of multifamily housing in revenue management and finance. That experience, combined with the enjoyment I get from rehabbing homes myself, the ability to function with very little sleep, and the love of finding a good deal has led me to investing in single family homes. I was born and raised in Memphis, so I focus my efforts on homes here and in surrounding areas that are situated in solid neighborhoods and generally need some renovation. I rent (self manage) and hold those properties long term. I'm currently at 8 SFR's and 1 duplex, with goal of growing 15 to 20 properties.
