I have been investing in and around Huntsville and Northern Alabama since October 2021. I have about a dozen rental doors right now. I have used the BRRRR, fix & flip, wholesale, and wholetail strategies in Alabama for a total of about 25 deals this year. We source all our of deals off-market through direct to seller marketing. We have recently started offering our marketing services to investors in non-competing markets as well.
