Hi! I am a Real Estate investor with a goal of 10 doors in the next 5 years. I currently have 3 doors located in Central New Jersey. I would like to connect and network outside of the Tri-state area. I am looking to get into a market that I can get a little more bang for my buck. I am a buy and Hold Investor primarily looking for cash flow. My focus is 2-4 multifamily unit homes.
