I'm committed to growing a profitable real estate business. Short-term, I'm focused on buy and hold single- and multi-family units in the Central and South Jersey area. Long-term, I like the idea of eventually using verticals to generate multiple revenue streams. I currently have two rental properties (1 single, 1 multi) and am actively looking for my next one. I live in Cherry Hill and want it to be no more than a reasonable drive away.
