Hi BP Fam! I'm Chris, a US Navy Veteran, world traveler, and realtor. I am active in New York's Hudson Valley. I also purchased my first property a year ago. It's a house hack/live-in flip/STR. I'm learning a lot about DIY renovations, and plan to force equity into all of my personal residences through DIY Renovating. It's a fun, sometimes frustrating experience.
