Hi, Since 2000, I have been operating a successful Managed IT Services Company serving Real Estate Attorneys and Title Companies. I have always been interested in investing in real estate, and I just acquired my first short term rental property in 2022. I am primarily interested in vacation homes and raw vacant land investing.
