Hi, I’m Chris Nordstrom. I’ve been involved in real estate and investment properties for many years, including buying and selling hundreds of homes in the Seattle-area foreclosure market and building rental portfolios across Midwest markets. Today, I focus on sourcing small multifamily and investment properties with strong net-rent returns, conservative underwriting, and clear value gaps. My goal is to provide investors with deals that are priced below likely appraisal value, allowing room for equity creation, improved financing outcomes, and long-term cash flow. I primarily look for 2–16 unit rental properties in landlord-friendly or cash-flow-oriented markets such as Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Tennessee. I review rent rolls, operating expenses, taxes, local rents, appraisal comps, and DSCR potential before presenting a deal. I’m looking to connect with investors, lenders, buyers, and operators who want access to off-market or underpriced opportunities with practical, numbers-first analysis.
