"The riches are in the niches." I don't normally do residential anything. Lifelong entrepreneur with many interests, both inside and outside of REI. Currently focusing on investing in Snohomish county, WA, farm-zoned land with significant hidden values that are well-above the asking price and then doing whatever it will take to turn these hidden values into cash and/or cashflow. I’ve always been one of those “autodidact” types who is hungry to learn more about almost anything. If you do that for enough decades, it accumulates a lot of understanding and clarity to share and put to work. This broad-ranging perspective, a strong understanding of my local market and the ability to make value connections that others don't see are the keys to identifying these hidden values.
