Small business owner, family man, and real estate rookie Experience: I currently own two properties my first was purchased in 2012 and is now a rental. My current home I bought as a very mild fixer, and I am in the process of getting it to be marketable to get a rent that will clear my mortgage. Real Estate Goals: Long term I am seeking to own a commercial retail space that can house a second location for my business. In the short term I am going to continue to purchase homes on a low down payment owner occupied loans with the intention of riding the market and renting them out as time goes.
