NJ born and raised. Lived and worked in NYC before moving to the SF Bay Area. I have invested in a flip in SF, as well as an LP investor in some other deals in CA and NJ. I am looking to invest either in Oakland, CA or out of state. Right now pretty focused on the Tampa area as I have boots on the ground there. I am open to partnering on deals and/or just networking and taking ship. I spend 1/4 of the year in NYC and the other 3/4 in the Bay Area. I have been a recruiter for the real estate industry since 2004 and oversee a team across four states. Because of my “day job” I am very well connected within the real estate communities in NYC, LA and SF.
