I live in southern Utah approximately 2 hrs from Las Vegas. It's a small town with about 120k in the county. I started investing in RE in 2003 and have done some RE representation here and there as well. My passion is in RE investing and that's where I have put 80% of my time over the last 13 years. I love to travel, I enjoy the scenery here in Utah, and I like to stay active running and cycling. Experience: I bought my first property in 2003 and have done multiple deals each year since. I have been involved in building spec homes which I either flipped or held as rentals when completed, owned and managed vacation rentals, flipped many homes during the downturn, held long-term rentals off and on, and currently manage a handful of my rentals and continue to flip homes. Real Estate Goals: Continue to flip homes, buy and hold rentals, and jump into another areas of RE such as buying apartments for flip and/or hold. Currently Seeking: Currently looking to buy more deals to flip or hold. I am looking out of state and looking to buy mobile home parks, apartments, and hotels.
