What can I say, I'm married and live in a house full of ladies, which includes two beautiful daughters and two monstrous female Mastiff's. (I'm hoping to get a fishbowl full of male goldfish to balance it out) lol. Family First and Foremost, we're a family that enjoys the outdoors with Our Happy Place being Lake Powell. I'm very fortunate to have found the Freedom that being involved with real estate has brought me. Experience: I've been in the real estate world for 20+ years. In 2000 I bought my first home to live in. Shortly after, I bought and sold my first retail fixer upper. In that same year I bought my first rental, a Duplex (busy year for a newbie). Since then I've bought and sold over 500 retail flips and I'm currently closing in on an additional 420 investor to investor flips. I've completed the papering of six residential subdivisions with a combined total of just under 100 lots. The reason I'm joining this site is because I feel like I've been on the sidelines to long watching people pay way to much for real estate education and getting way to little in return. I figure with my vast amount of Mistakes that I can help people learn how to succeed by avoiding the same mistakes I've made.
