Chris Ryan

My name is Chris. I am married and recently had our first child. We reside in Rhode Island. I would like to invest in real estate for two reasons: First, to create a passive income stream so that I may spend more time enjoying them and all that life has to offer. Second, having a portfolio of real estate will be my insurance policy in case something drastic were to ever happen to us financially. My real estate investing experience consists of my grandparents and uncle owning a few multifamily properties. I grew up working on these properties and took a maintenance job as a teen for my local town during the summers. My free time during high school and college years were spent working construction with a few contractors. My wife and I purchased a SFH in 2008 which I have renovated as well.
