Hey everyone, I'm brand new to real estate investing. I've been interested in it for a few years now, but all I've really done is read a bunch of books and pretended a little. I'm ready to start taking action steps towards building a real estate portfolio. I live in Southeast FL. Ultimately I'd like to buy and hold. At this point I know it's time to take action and stop waiting for someone who will give me the golden ticket to the top. I've also realized that I can find everything I'll ever need to know or every type of professional I'll need right here on BiggerPockets. Don't know why it took me so long to figure this out, but I'm here now and I'm ready for my first deal. I look forward to networking with you and building success together.
