My wife Nicole and I are building Harvest Stone Ventures LLC, with a focus on buying and holding small multifamily properties in the Pittsburgh area. We’re getting to know local agents, investors, property managers, contractors, and lenders as we build our team. I grew up in Pittsburgh and still have family and friends in the area.
